The Home Page gives instant access to any file in the Program.

The Setup requires all Balances and Mortgages and other payment information entered. The information will be used by the Worksheets to calculate the Balances.

Following are excerpts of the Setup 

This Setup section is to change to the current Year, enter the Start Balance, Income Sources, setup Automatic Payments and the Mortgage information. The Mortgage can be set for Auto Pay.

Credit Card Names and Balances.
A second Checking Account can be named and setup for taxes, Self-Insurance and Vacation. 

Word Recognition. This feature is for setting the Worksheet to sort Purchases into the named Category.
The following Template is an excerpt of the Household Worksheet.

This part of the Worksheet for Purchases shows how a Purchase is made; Cash, Credit, Debit or Check. When paid with Cash nothing will be deducted from the Account and will be placed on the Summary as a Cash Purchase. Paid with a Credit Card, the amount is added to the Balance of the Credit Card. Check and Debit is deducted from the Account and the Balance shown on right. "FOR WHAT" is the Category the expenses is place into. SEE SIDE BAR--> can be checked for the Category & correct spelling. The total amount paid deducts it from the account and the SALES TAX from any Purchase is collected for the whole year and placed on the Summary as a deductable tax item. The Credit Card Purchase is placed in the properly named card under "PAID WITH". 

The excerpt of the Summary shows Purchases were made and the total of each Category constantly updated. Not shown here are the Balances on the Mortgages, Payments and other vital information of the Account activity. With the last entry your bookkeeping completed on December 31st.

A CARLOG collects all activity for your vehicle, including total miles driven and milage.

Your NET WORTH is updated at all times with every bit of income and expense or Purchase made.

The Status of the Mortgages are completely updated and can be seen on the Worksheet for every month. The Payment files like the Mortgages can be analized for early PAYOFF. At any time you know your current financial BALANCE.
